Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if requested.
2. Wait for return approval and shipping instructions from our team before sending the item back.
3. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, accessories, and included materials are enclosed.
4. Ship the approved return to the return address provided by our support team in the approval email or message.
5. Share the shipment tracking details with our support team for reference.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

* Used or washed products
* Products without original tags
* Items damaged due to customer misuse
* Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
